In the last decades the use of psychopharmacological support for patients suffering from psychal diseases has increased. This triggered greater access to next-generation drugs greater knowledge concerning there application for mental and behavioral symptoms treatment. As well as pain, fatigue and other psycho organic symptoms. In recent years integrated modem of care were developed which resulted in overcoming historical perspectives in respect of psychological therapies. In this article the authors describe, supported by the scientific literature and clinical experience, psychological factors that must be considered to provide effective psychopharmacological help.
